Yes. Creative finance (including subject-to and seller finance arrangements) is a well-established strategy used in real estate for decades and now applied to vehicles through the T.O.P. Method™. TOP Wheels uses proper contracts, insurance requirements, GPS tracking, and structured documentation on every deal to ensure compliance.
Both parties are protected through comprehensive legal contracts, properly endorsed insurance, GPS tracking, control mechanism for title matters, payment tracking and monitoring, and repo rights. When insurance is set up properly, carriers actually endorse these arrangements. Our job is making sure every protection is in place before keys are exchanged.
TC fees start at $1,050 and vary by vehicle type — motorcycles, regular vehicles, RVs, exotics, commercial, and aircraft each have a fixed fee. The TC fee covers the full coordination process: contracts, insurance verification, GPS, transparency call, and end-to-end deal execution. Everything is transparent — you'll know the exact fee before committing to anything.
Most deals close within 3–7 days from intake to keys. After you submit the intake form, we review it and schedule a transparency call with both parties. Once everyone is aligned and contracts are signed, we move fast on verification, GPS setup, and closing.
